One person, three products, plain English. If any line here reads as a trick, it’s badly written and I want to know.

This site and everything sold on it belong to Xinyao Lin, an individual trading as a sole proprietor in Los Angeles, California. Not a company, not a team, not an agency — which is the entire point of the business. Throughout this page, “I” and “me” mean Xinyao Lin, and “you” means the person or business buying.

Three things, described in full on the pricing page:
The pricing page is part of these terms. Where it describes what’s included, that description is binding on me.
Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply to you.
The Playbook and Setup are charged once. Managed is charged monthly in advance, on the same date each month, until you cancel. Cancelling is one email — see the refund policy.
If a payment fails I’ll email you before anything stops.
The Playbook and the Skill are delivered digitally on purchase. Setup is delivered within three business days of receiving your Affiliate Center export, plus a 45-minute screen-shared install. Managed begins in the week following your first payment.
I’ll do this competently and in good faith, and I’ll tell you the truth about your program even when it costs me the sale. If something I built doesn’t work as described, tell me and I’ll fix it.
I do not promise revenue, GMV, growth, creator counts, or any other number. I don’t make earnings claims anywhere on this site, and if you ever see one, it’s an error — email me and I’ll correct it.
What I sell is a method and my work. Results depend on your product, your margins, your category, your team and a platform none of us controls.
Everything I build for you is yours: your brand spine, archetype matrix, commission ladder, message set, briefs, boards and reporting. At every level, and including after you cancel or take a refund. Nothing is hosted by me, nothing switches off, and there’s no platform to lose access to.
The underlying Playbook, the method, the Claude Skill and the blank templates remain my intellectual property, licensed to you rather than sold outright.
One brand, one team, forever. Use it internally as much as you like, adapt it, and give it to staff and contractors who work on your program.
Reselling it, publishing it, teaching it as your own course, or using it to run affiliate programs as a service for other brands. If you’re an agency and want to run it across client accounts, that’s a fair thing to want — email me and we’ll agree terms. I’d rather license it to you properly than pretend I didn’t notice.
Your exports, numbers, margins, creator lists and anything else you show me stay private. I don’t sell them, share them, or feed them to anyone.
Case studies are anonymised by default and only published with your explicit written say-so. The founding-rate arrangement is exactly this: a discounted rate in exchange for an anonymised case study you approve before it goes anywhere.
The Playbook and templates include guidance on marketing claims, creator disclosure and platform rules. That guidance is my operational experience, not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
You are responsible for whether your claims are lawful in your market and category — particularly if you sell supplements, skincare, health or beauty products, where the rules are strict and the penalties are real. If a claim matters to your business, have a qualified professional check it before you publish it.
The system runs on Claude, made by Anthropic, and reads your TikTok Seller Center exports. Neither is mine. You need your own Claude account, and their terms and pricing are theirs to set and change.
I recommend a market-data tool — Kalodata or FastMoss — but I have no affiliate link, referral code or arrangement with either. I name them because people ask what I use.
If any of these change their product, pricing or availability in a way that affects how the system runs, I’ll adapt the method and tell you. That’s not grounds for a refund of an already-delivered product, but it is something I’ll actually do.
You can stop Managed at any time by email — no notice, no fee. See the refund policy for what happens to the month in progress.
I may end an engagement if you don’t pay, if you breach the licence in section 6, or if you ask me to do something dishonest. If I end it for any reason other than those, I’ll refund the unused portion.
Managed is capped at four accounts. If I’m full, I’ll tell you rather than take your money and stretch.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that can’t lawfully be limited.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows: I’m not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue or lost business opportunity. My total liability is capped at the amount you paid me in the twelve months before the claim.
That’s a standard cap, and I’d rather state it plainly than bury it. It exists because one person cannot underwrite a brand’s revenue.
I may update this page. The version that applies to you is the one in force when you bought. If I make a change that materially affects an ongoing Managed engagement, I’ll email you before it takes effect — you won’t find out by re-reading a webpage.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Los Angeles County have jurisdiction.
Before any of that: email me. Nearly everything that goes wrong between a brand and a one-person business is fixable in a conversation, and I’d rather have it.
