If it doesn’t fit

Run it two weeks. If it doesn’t suit your program, email me and tell me what happened — I’ll refund you.

What’s included
Day 0

You send your Affiliate Center export — the same file you already pull. Nothing to fill in.

Within 3 days

Your system comes back built: brand spine, creator archetype matrix, commission ladder and message set, configured to your catalogue. Not a template with your name on it.

The install

45 minutes, screen-shared, in your Claude. You leave the call with it running.

Then

Your team works the board for two weeks. I’m on email throughout, and we do one review call after — I’ll tell you what I’d change.

Managed

For brands running affiliate out of an inbox — an ambassador page, a spreadsheet, creator emails answered between everything else. That works, up to a ceiling. I run it end to end.

$5,000 / mo
month to month · capped at four accounts

  • Everything in Setup, built and maintained
  • Creative direction and content briefing
  • Creator outreach, retention and renewals
  • Sampling operations, run weekly
  • Written weekly reporting, direct email access

What’s included
Where you probably are

An ambassador page collecting applications, a spreadsheet of creators, samples going out on trust, and no affiliate platform — because nobody has had the time to choose one. None of that is wrong. It’s just being carried by whoever has a spare hour, and it stops the week that hour disappears.

Week one

I build your spine — brand thesis, hero SKUs, archetype matrix, commission ladder. The same configuration as Setup, except I keep running it.

Every week after

Creative direction, activation and re-engagement, commission strategy, scaling the winners — and catching the lag before it reaches your numbers.

What you get back

Written reporting every week: what changed, what I did about it, what I’d watch next.

Founding rate

Two slots at $3,000/mo for 90 days, in exchange for an anonymised case study.

Why it’s capped

Past four accounts this becomes an agency, which is the thing I’m not building. Everything I build for you is yours — if we part ways, it leaves with you.

Not sure which one?

Start with the free call. Twenty minutes, no pitch. I read your program live and tell you which of these you need — including “none of them yet” if that’s the honest answer.

Prices in USD. Setup is credited toward the retainer if you continue within 30 days. Everything built for you is yours to keep, permanently, at every level.

Side by side

What’s actually different.

All three include the method, the Skill and all seven documents.Everything stays yours permanently — here’s the part that changes.

Who this is for

It doesn’t replace your team. It’s the layer above them.

Affiliate still needs a person sending invites and writing to creators. What’s usually missing is what to do, in what order, and why.

Who buys this

  • Brand owners running affiliate themselves
  • In-house affiliate and influencer managers
  • Agencies running programs for their clients
  • Founders about to hire, deciding what the role actually is

What it works alongside

  • Your outreach tool — the system tells it what to do
  • Your agency, if you have one
  • Your in-house team
  • Your existing creator roster, however messy
Honest answers

Questions worth asking first.

The things I’d want to know before spending money with someone I found on the internet.

Does this replace my outreach tools?

No — and I won’t pretend it does. The Affiliate OS is the strategy layer: it works alongside whatever outreach or CRM automation you already run, and tells it what to do and why. If you don’t run one yet, the Playbook covers how to operate manually and what to look for when you choose one.

Do I need a data subscription?

Not required. Your Seller Center exports carry the core loop. A market-data tool sharpens creator sourcing considerably and I do recommend one — Kalodata or FastMoss; I use Kalodata. They’re for finding creators and reading what’s selling in your category. Neither reports your real margin and neither replaces Seller Center, so treat it as a sourcing tool, not a reporting one. Pick one, not both.

No affiliate link, no referral code, no arrangement with either company. I name them because you asked what I use.

I’m not technical. Can I actually run this?

Yes. If you can run your shop, you can run this — the machine is Claude plus documents, not code. You learn the trade as the system runs; nothing is gatekept, including the vocabulary: the Playbook ships with the operator’s dictionary, so you’ll never be snowed by a pitch again.

What if it doesn’t work for me? Do you refund?

The Playbook and the Skill are delivered the moment you buy, so there’s no version of this where I can take them back — which means no automatic refunds. Here’s what I do instead: install it, run it for two weeks, and if it doesn’t fit your program, email me within 30 days and tell me what happened. I’ll refund you. I would rather give back $997 than have it sitting unused with my name on it.

Setup is refundable in full any time before I start building, and Managed cancels whenever you like with no notice period. All three are written out on the refund policy page.

Why is Managed capped at four accounts?

Past four this becomes an agency, and an agency is the thing I’m deliberately not building. The whole method rests on undivided attention — one coordinator carrying ten brands isn’t careless, their attention is split ten ways. I’d rather cap it than become the problem I built this to solve.

Who is this not for?

Brands that want ads instead of affiliates, shops without a product that can demonstrate on camera, and anyone looking for a guaranteed number. I don’t promise numbers; I install the loop that finds yours.
