It runs your affiliate program. You approve it.

Job 1 · Strategy

It decides what you’re selling, to whom, and for how much.

Most programs never make these choices on purpose — they invite everyone to everything. This starts by choosing.

Which product leads.

One product carries the program at a time. It picks the one that can be shown on camera and still makes money at a commission worth posting for.

What commission to pay.

A starting rate, a better rate for people who earn it, and bonuses for hitting order targets — all checked so you stay profitable.

Which creators fit.

Three types of creator sell in different ways. It matches your product to the type that converts for it, rather than chasing follower counts.

Job 2 · Engagement

It keeps your creators actually posting.

Signing people up is easy. Most stop after one video and nobody notices for two months. This is the part that keeps them going — one person at a time, never a mass email.

It knows who to contact this week.

Someone sold well and should be asked for more. Someone went quiet. Someone’s rate expires Friday and they’ll quietly drop to the lower one.

It works out why they stopped first.

Rate expired, price changed, campaign ended — or they stopped posting for everyone, which isn’t about you at all. Knowing which turns a hopeful “still interested?” into a message that works.

Then it writes the message.

Specific to that person and what they last made. You read it, change what you want, and send.

Why she stoppedConfident
Her 28% rate expired and the renewal was missed in July
Renew it and lead with the rate. No need to ask — the data already answered it.
Work out why first. Only ask when the data can’t tell you.
Job 3 · Analysis

It reads what actually happened, not just the total.

“Sales are up 38%” can be good news or a warning. It depends where it came from, and this tells you which.

Where your sales came fromthis week vs last
Creators you already had ▲ 52% Creators selling for the first time ▼ 10% Last week This week
All the growth came from people already selling. New sellers fell from 11 to 6.

Where the sales came from.

From creators you already had, or from new ones. Growth carried entirely by the same few names means your base is shrinking underneath a good-looking number.

What’s working, what isn’t.

How many samples became posts, and how many posts became sales — and whether that’s rising or falling. Direction matters more than the total.

Whether your product is tiring.

Fewer creators saying yes, fewer people clicking, more of your sales from fewer names. Together that means it needs refreshing — usually a month before revenue shows it.

Job 4 · Monitoring

It watches every week and tells you the next move.

This is the part that’s genuinely hard by hand. One brand faces hundreds of creators, and the signals that matter are small and easy to miss — right up until they aren’t.

Every situation has one answer

Not a dashboard for you to interpret. An instruction you can act on, or ignore.

  • Nothing is ever sent without you reading it first
  • Anything involving money or samples waits for your approval
  • You can overrule any of it — it’s a recommendation, not a rule

Your weekly report

The Monday page

Nine short sections in the order you’d say them out loud: what your revenue did, where it came from, who needs a message, and what needs your approval.

Numbers that show direction

Not “you sent 500 samples” — what share of them turned into posts, and whether that’s going up or down since last week.

A plain-English summary

Three short paragraphs at the end: what happened, what got done, what to watch. Written like a person talking, not a dashboard.

Your creator list

The spreadsheet

Every creator, one row each. Opens in Excel or Google Sheets — sort it, filter it, edit it yourself.

The history

For anyone worth remembering: what you sent them, when, what rate they’re on, and how they’ve performed over time.

Why people stopped

Ten common reasons a creator goes quiet, and how to tell which one it was from your own data before you message them.

How to run it

What to do, and when

For every situation that comes up — someone goes quiet, a rate is about to expire, a launch is three weeks out — one clear action, straight away.

Choosing who gets samples

How to sort through requests, who to approve, how many units to send, and why saying no beats leaving people hanging.

Setting commission and doing deals

What rate to offer, when to raise it, and how to price a paid collaboration so it stays profitable.

Getting better videos

How to brief a creator so the message lands, and why repeating one line beats letting everyone say something different.

A plain-English dictionary

Every bit of jargon in this industry, explained simply — so nobody can baffle you with it again.

Messages, already written

First contact, follow-ups, win-backs, renewals, briefs and polite declines. Edit them to sound like you, then send.

Getting started

Short setup videos

Watch, follow along, done in about fifteen minutes. No manual to read.

Your real data in week one

Point it at the export you already download from TikTok, and your first report comes back built from your actual creators.

Yours to keep, permanently

No subscription and nothing to renew. If we stop working together, all of it stays with you.
